Photos and Generated Videos

Choosing a photo in the editor creates a preview in your browser. Starting a render uploads the photo to private server storage associated with your account. When generation is enabled, the service sends the photo and the selected scene references to Kie AI and its model providers to produce the video.

Source photos and finished videos are stored outside the public media directory. Finished files require the owning account to be signed in. Provider-hosted copies are subject to the provider's retention terms. This preview does not yet run an automatic deletion schedule; contact support from your account to request removal of stored photos and results.

Only upload a photo of an adult who has agreed to appear in the video. Reference videos displayed on the homepage are demonstration materials, separate from your uploads and results.

Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

Photos and results use account-based access controls, and connections to the generation provider use HTTPS. Local development previews use the address shown in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Rights

You can update your account details in settings. To request access to or removal of stored photos, videos, or other account information, contact support from your account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
